Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, Delivery orders may be delayed. But you will receive accounts within 1-7 business days (30days started after you receive the order) . For late delivering, we are giving refund to all your order.
We DO not offer refunds if your channel monetization is disabled after delivering, because when this happens, the reason is that you did not follow YouTube guidelines and you started uploading illegal/copyrighted content. Please, after monetization, keep uploading content that follows YouTube policies.
Within the 30Days, we accept 100% refund as long the Youtube account remain monetization, and all data remain unchanged.
